Kimia FMIPA UNEJ gelar 3rd Internasional Conference on Chemistry and Material Science (IC2MS) 2021

Jurusan Kimia FMIPA Universitas Jember gelar 3rd Internasional Conference on Chemistry and Material Science (IC2MS) 2021 secara daring (12-13/10). IC2MS agenda dua tahunan kolaborasi Jurusan Kimia Universitas Jember, Universitas Brawijaya dan Universitas Negeri Malang. Tahun 2021 ini Jurusan Kimia FMIPA UNEJ menjadi host dengan mengangkat tema “Innovation on Material Science for Sustainable Industrial Chemistry“. Topik 3rd IC2MS 2021 adalah Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry. Pada Opening Ceremony, Dr. A.A.I. Ratnadewi selaku Chief Executive 3rd IC2MS menyampaikan IC2MS 2021 menghadirikan 6 Keynote Speaker. “Kita menghadirkan Prof. Manabu Abe dari School of Chemistry, Hiroshima University, Japan, Prof. Yong-Chien Ling dari Department of Chemistry, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, R.O.C, Prof. Byung-Dae Park dari Department of Wood and Paper Science, Kyungpook National University, Republic of Korea, Hasliza Bahruji, Ph.D. dari Centre for Advanced Material and Energy Sciences, Universiti of Brunei Darussalam, Brunei Darussalam, Prof. David Lennon dari School of Chemistry, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom dan Prof. Russell Howe dari The School of Natural and Computing Sciences, University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom sebagai keynote speaker“. ungkapnya. 3rd IC2MS 2021 juga menghadirkan 4 invited speaker yaitu Nanang Masruchin, Ph.D. dari LIPI, Anna Safitri, Ph.D. dari Universitas Brawijaya, Dr. Irma Kartika Kusumaningrum dari Universitas Negeri Malang dan Zulfikar, Ph.D. dari Universitas Jember. Chemistry National Seminar 2015

semnas_kimia_stickyIndonesia has a wealth of natural resources and non-living is very abundant. Unfortunately many of these commodities are exported as raw materials with low economic value. The chemistry has an important role in the processing of local commodities to increase added value. Chemistry National Seminar 2015 is expected to be a medium of communication to promote the role of chemistry in increasing the added value of local commodities.

Chemistry National Seminar 2015 aims to :

  • Collating information from various parties so that members of HKI can exchange insights on the development of research and technology related to the role of chemistry in increasing the added value of local commodities.

  • The perception of the development of chemistry and its application in value added to local commodity that is always evolving in Indonesia and the International community to be a benchmark to contribute ideas to the government and society.
