ZI FMIPA UNEJ Work Team Holds Coordination for Completing the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) 2025 and Survey at INSPIRASI DIKTI

As a follow-up to the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology regarding the implementation of bureaucratic reform and the 2025 integrity zone. The FMIPA UNEJ Integrity Zone (ZI) Work Team coordinated for filling out the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) 2025 (13/3). Also filled out the Anti-Corruption Perception Survey (SPAK) and the Service Quality Perception Survey (SPKP) on the INSPIRASI DIKTI page. Previously, the Secretary of the ZI FMIPA UNEJ Work Team, Dr. Esti Utarti, S.P., M.Si., appealed to each manager to prepare documents of the results of the activities that have been carried out. “Each manager who already has a document of the results of the activities can immediately upload it to the INSPIRASI DIKTI page,” she said.

It is said that there are several activities that have been carried out by FMIPA in the first quarter of 2025. All activities can be coordinated with all ZI FMIPA managers to later be uploaded to INSPIRASI. “Such as the sub-field of strengthening accountability, FMIPA has held MBKM monitoring and evaluation and FGD accreditation so the manager will immediately process the documents,” continued Dr. Esti, who is also Vice Dean II of FMIPA UNEJ. For other managers, they can immediately adjust to other activities, including the Healthy Community Movement, transparency of the functional promotion process, or budget efficiency meetings. And the survey will be carried out by the secretariat of the ZI FMIPA UNEJ Working Team.

As is known, the development of ZI-WBK includes six areas of change consisting of change management, governance, HR management, accountability development, strengthening supervision, and improving the quality of public services. In 2025, the Dean of FMIPA UNEJ, Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D., has proposed changes to the ZI FMIPA Working Team in accordance with the six areas of change with the manager and its members. Prof. Dafik appreciates the performance of the work team that has worked on the completion of LKE 2024.

“Just like in 2024, today we are working on LKE for 2025, with the results of the FMIPA activities in the upload process to INSPIRASI. I hope it will be even better,” said the Dean. It was mentioned again that ZI-WBK will indirectly inspire and form a large family of FMIPA UNEJ starting from lecturers, students, and education staff and all stakeholders who are obedient in implementing the provisions in ZI-WBK.
