Following the workshop with the leadership of the University of Jember, the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at UNEJ, Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D., responded with a coordination meeting with the FMIPA’s Integrity Zone (ZI) team on December 24. “The Rector, in his message, invited all faculties at UNEJ to help build the Integrity Zone WBK, because in the end, it will benefit the institution in many ways,” said the Dean. He added that implementing the ZI-WBK will indirectly inspire and encourage everyone in the UNEJ communit faculty members, students, staff, and all stakeholders to follow the rules of the ZI-WBK.
To prepare for the ZI-WBK development, FMIPA UNEJ has formed a ZI team. “The development of ZI-WBK includes six key areas of change: management of change, organizational improvements, human resources management, accountability development, strengthening supervision, and improving public service quality,” explained Prof. Dafik. Each area has a coordinator or manager who is responsible for preparing the documents that will be uploaded to the INSPIRASI DIKTI application in the form of an Evaluation Work Sheet (LKE). The Dean hopes that with good coordination and the available data, the development process will be completed.
The tasks are divided according to the six areas of change, and M. Ziaul Arif, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., has been appointed as the coordinator for the ZI change agents at FMIPA. Together with the ZI team secretary, Ziaul is responsible for developing the documents to achieve WBK/WBBM (Clean and Accountable Work Unit) through bureaucratic reform. They are supported by six managers for each aspect: Dr. Bambang Piluharto, S.Si., M.Si., for Change Management, Dr. Agustina Pradjaningsih, S.Si, M.Si., for Organizational Improvements, Mukhamad Su’udi, S.Si., Ph.D., for Strengthening Accountability, Dr. Sutisna, S.Pd., M.Si., for Human Resources Management, Dr. Ratna Dewi Syarifah, S.Pd., M.Si, for Strengthening Supervision, and Muhayat Zamroni, S.S., for Improving Public Service Quality.
Each manager is responsible for their respective document to be uploaded on the INSPIRASI DIKTI application. “To make it easier, we have set up a shared folder for uploading the documents to the application, and coordination will take place in ZI team meetings,” explained Ziaul Arif. He added that the data in the shared folder has been organized to make it easier for managers to upload it to the application. “Some of the entries in INSPIRASI have already been completed by the managers, and hopefully, within the next few days, all the data will be ready to complete the ZI-WBK development at FMIPA UNEJ,” he concluded.
