ZI Team Coordinates for the Completion of the Lembar Kerja Evaluasi (LKE) 2026 and Signing of the Integrity Pact

As a follow-up to the letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Technology regarding the implementation of the 2026 Integrity Zone, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Integrity Zone (ZI) Working Team of the FMIPA UNEJ coordinated the completion of the 2026 Lembar Kerja Evaluasi (LKE) (12/2). They also completed the Survei Persepsi Anti Korupsi (SPAK) and the Survei Persepsi Kualitas Pelayanan (SPKP) on the INSPIRASI DIKTI website. The event began with the signing of an integrity pact between the Dean of FMIPA UNEJ and the six coordinators of the FMIPA ZI change areas. Prof. Dafik, Dean of FMIPA UNEJ, expressed his appreciation for the work of the FMIPA ZI team, which ensured the successful completion of the 2025 INSPIRASI DIKTI data collection.

“Just like in 2025, today we begin coordination for the 2026 Financial Statements (LKE). Based on the results of FMIPA activities, I hope that the process of uploading INSPIRASI DIKTI will yield even better results with early coordination and continuous discussion,” said the Dean. He reiterated that the ZI-WBK will indirectly inspire and shape the entire FMIPA UNEJ family, including lecturers, students, and educational staff, as well as all stakeholders, to comply with and adhere to the ZI-WBK provisions. The meeting was attended by all FMIPA ZI working teams, including several new members, as per the decree from the Rector of the University of Jember.

Furthermore, Dr. Esti Utarti, S.P., M.Si., Secretary of the FMIPA UNEJ ZI Working Team, urged each manager to prepare documentation of their activities. “Every manager who already has a document of their activity results can upload it directly to the INSPIRASI DIKTI page,” she said. It was stated that several activities had been carried out by the FMIPA in the first quarter of 2026. All activities can be coordinated with all FMIPA ZI managers for later uploading to INSPIRASI. M. Ziaul Arif, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., the FMIPA ZI coordinator, reviewed the requirements for uploading data to INSPIRASI DIKTI.

Ziaul also touched on the importance of evenly and regularly distributing surveys to respondents. “To distribute the surveys evenly to respondents across FMIPA, and it’s also crucial that we immediately identify agents of change, as was done in 2025,” he said. Over the next two days, the team will work to submit the data to the University of Jember’s TPPTN through INSPIRASI DIKTI. The development of ZI-WBK encompasses six areas of change: change management, governance, human resource development, accountability development, strengthening oversight, and improving the quality of public services.
