The Dean highlighted the recognition because FMIPA UNEJ has adequate resources and will ultimately increase the number of students interested.
“We are increasing international seminars, assisting our fellow lecturers to win Scopus journals to increase international recognition, and we will later attract the interest of prospective students to study at FMIPA UNEJ,” he continued. Prof. Dafik has also prepared special teams to support its work plans; an international recognition team and a publication acceleration team have been formed. At the end of his speech, the Dean also wanted to optimize the existing curriculum, and all of this led to an increase in student interest, which resulted in an increase in the ceiling of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember.
