“The preparation of the work program plan aims to ensure that every activity carried out provides optimal benefits for DWP FMIPA UNEJ members,” said Lis Setyaningsih Dafik. The management is trying to design a program that focuses on women’s empowerment, skills development, and strengthening solidarity among members. The DWP FMIPA work program is divided into secretariat, education, economics, and socio-culture. ” The preparation of this work program is based on an evaluation of the work program that has been implemented in the previous period. “Aiming to identify successful achievements and areas that need to be improved or enhanced,” she continued.
In the secretariat, the work programs carried out include internal organizational development, general administration and information and public relations. The Education Sector prepares a work program to improve knowledge and skills through formal and non-formal education for members and seeks scholarships or educational assistance for the sons and daughters of DWP FMIPA UNEJ members. The economic sector prepares a work program to carry out business activities to obtain funds to support the smooth running of the organization and to popularize cooperative life.
The social sector has several work programs, including family resilience and integrity, social solidarity, and understanding the value of insight. All program plans are also followed by several supporting activity agendas. That way, future programs can be more effective and have a greater impact. “We hope that the programs that have been designed can support the achievement of common goals, both in improving the capacity of members and in contributing to society. We invite all DWP FMIPA members to play an active role in running these programs,” concluded Lis Setyaningsih Dafik.
