In his remarks, the Dean said that this cooking demo was a means of sharing recipes and also fostering camaraderie between the academic community and DWP FMIPA. “In Islamic teachings, the Al-Maidah letter mentions delicious dishes, so this event is appropriate so that all participants can gain new knowledge, especially about desserts,” he said. During the event, BSI Bank also introduced gold savings as an alternative future savings for FMIPA UNEJ residents.
In the first demo session, two chefs from Ethoz Food demonstrated the making of Koffie Chocolate Foam Pudding.
