Vice Dean I of FMIPA UNEJ Prof. Hari Sulistiyowati, Leads Apel Pagi After Joint Leave for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H

The academic community of FMIPA, University of Jember, held the first morning assembly after the joint leave for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H (14/4). Prof. Dra. Hari Sulistiyowati, M.Sc., Ph.D., Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember, as the instructor of the assembly, in his mandate conveyed his appreciation to the lecturers and education personnel who had completed the e-SKP. “I give my appreciation to the DT lecturers and education personnel who focused on completing the e-SKP well last week, in a very short time,” she said. She said that even though the circular was issued a few days before Eid, because the data had been received, the FMIPA e-SKP report could be completed quickly and well.

The FMIPA UNEJ Morning Assembly today was the turn of officers from the Physics Department. FMIPA applies it in rotation every month for morning assembly officers. And it was attended by almost all FMIPA academics. Prof. Hari also reminded study programs in the accreditation process, namely the mathematics undergraduate study program and the biology undergraduate study program, to continue preparing themselves for the field visitation. “Although the field visitation from LAMSAMA has not been carried out until June, please continue to prepare everything because there will be another visitation in July,” she hoped. He also mentioned the strategic plan (renstra), which continues to be worked on even though there is no official reference from the ministry.

MBKM was also mentioned by the Deputy Dean I of FMIPA UNEJ, who was asked to continue accommodating students who take the MBKM program. “The MBKM program can continue to be accommodated, especially the MKBM program for our students who want to take courses in other study programs, fellow FMIPA UNEJ,” she said. Several cooperation agreements with other universities and institutional institutions are also still ongoing, and the credit points need to be adjusted. Some cooperation, such as with Perhutani, because there are students who do internships at the institution.

At the end of his message, Prof. Hari invited the academic community of FMIPA UNEJ to continue to provide the best service for the institution. In the midst of efficiency, to continue working well, the leadership will provide support in the form of procurement of infrastructure. “Despite efficiency, we must remain productive. Regarding the support of infrastructure, we will continue to try, such as with our generators that need to be updated because they have been there since FMIPA was established,” she concluded. The next morning roll call officer is the Chemistry Department, with a mandatory dress rehearsal at the end of April.
