The academic community of FMIPA, University of Jember, held the first morning assembly after the joint leave for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H (14/4). Prof. Dra. Hari Sulistiyowati, M.Sc., Ph.D., Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember, as the instructor of the assembly, in his mandate conveyed his appreciation to the lecturers and education personnel who had completed the e-SKP. “I give my appreciation to the DT lecturers and education personnel who focused on completing the e-SKP well last week, in a very short time,” she said. She said that even though the circular was issued a few days before Eid, because the data had been received, the FMIPA e-SKP report could be completed quickly and well.
The FMIPA UNEJ Morning Assembly today was the turn of officers from the Physics Department. FMIPA applies it in rotation every month for morning assembly officers. And it was attended by almost all FMIPA academics. Prof. Hari also reminded study programs in the accreditation process, namely the mathematics undergraduate study program and the biology undergraduate study program, to continue preparing themselves for the field visitation. “Although the field visitation from LAMSAMA has not been carried out until June, please continue to prepare everything because there will be another visitation in July,” she hoped. Congratulations and success for the MIMS journal in obtaining SINTA 3 accreditation from the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology which has been waiting for some time,” said Drs. Siswoyo, M.Sc., Ph.D. Deputy Dean I FMIPA UNEJ as well as Head of the Jember University OJS Team (31/7). MIMS is an old journal that was previously accredited by SINTA 4 and was also able to achieve the DOAJ index in April 2023. “MIMS is an old journal that already has many articles, with the achievement of SINTA 3 and also DOAJ, more and more writers are interested in submitting to MIMS,” continued Siswoyo. 
After going through the assessment process since it was submitted in December 2022, the Undergraduate Program in Biology FMIPA UNEJ won International Accreditation from the Accrediterungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik or ASIIN. “We express our gratitude for the achievement of accreditation from ASIIN, after preparing and waiting for this happy news to finally come,” said Dr. Retno Wimbaningrum Head of Biology Study Program FMIPA..
