In Auditorium of Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember, civitas akademika attended ceremony and Rapat Terbuka Senat University of Jember (10/11). Commemoration the 57th anniversary University of Jember was carried out by each work unit online and offline with led Rector of University of Jember. Using videotron and zoom meetings to broadcast the dies natalis agenda, civitas FMIPA attended event led by Dean of FMIPA UNEJ. In his mandate, Rektor UNEJ, Dr. Ir. Iwan Taruna, M.Eng. said that the 57th Anniversary of University of Jember which coincided with Hari Pahlawan on November 10, we can take lessons from the struggles of the heroes and founders of the University of Jember. “Today, with all the dedication we have, University of Jember continues to contribute to realizing the ideals of the nation’s progress such as the fighters and founders of Triump Viraat” he said. The theme of the 57th anniversary of the University of Jember is “Kampus Gotong Royong untuk Indonesia Tangguh dan Tumbuh“. Rektor said that togetherness and mutual cooperation would further accelerate the progress of the University of Jember, making a real contribution to the life of the community, nation and state. At the end of his speech, Iwan Taruna invited the entire academic community of the University of Jember to have integrity together, to advance University of Jember. “Let’s continue to change to provide the best service to stakeholders. Department of Physics FMIPA UNEJ held The Third International Conference on Physical Instrumentation and Advanced Materials (ICPIAM) 2021
Department of Physics, FMIPA, University of Jember held the 3rd International Conference on Physical Instrumentation and Advanced Materials (ICPIAM) 2021 online (27/10). ICPIAM is an international seminar held as collaboration between Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember and Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR). The first and second ICPIAM were held by FST UNAIR in 2016 and 2019. In 2021, Department of Physics FMIPA UNEJ will host with theme “Enhancing The Role of Physics, Instrumentation and Advanced Materials in Supporting the Industrial Era 4.0 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030“. The 3rd ICPIAM 2021 topics are Material Sciences and Engineering, Computational Science and Engineering, Renewable Energy and Power Systems, Sensors, Instrumentation, and Control Systems, Microwave Communications and Propagation, RADAR, Wireless Antenna, Imaging and Image Processing, Biophysics, Medical Physics, and Biotechnology, Nuclear and Reactor Physics, Geophysics, Environmental Physics, Remote Sensing and GIS, Earth Sciences and Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Diktiristek Kemendikbud) has extended the registration for Program Talenta Inovasi Batch 2, 2021 until October 31, 2021. Quoted from the official website of Ditjen Dikti Kemendikbudristek, Friday (22/10), students S1, S2 or S3 levels who have not registered for Program Talenta Inovasi Batch 2 do not need to worry. Because Dirjen Diktiristek extended the registration period until October 31, 2021 at 23:59. Program Talenta Inovasi 2021 is a funding program in the form of incentives given to students who are actively studying in Bachelor, Master or Doctoral programs. Both in the academic and applied fields in realizing independent innovation and creativity and appreciation for students’ creative innovative work that supports the development of science and technology that is beneficial to society. This program is a continuation of Program Penguatan Talenta Inovasi Indonesia Tahun 2020 which was previously managed by Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi/Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (Kemristek/BRIN). Incentive funding for this program is to help finance the realization of innovation in order to increase the nation’s competitiveness, develop Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), and accelerate the completion of the study period. And the output is a tangible form of the academic process produced by students in the context of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) and is declared eligible based on the criteria set to receive funding support. Department of Chemistry, FMIPA, University of Jember held the 3rd International Conference on Chemistry and Material Science (IC2MS) 2021 by online (12-13/10). IC2MS is a biennial agenda of collaboration between Department of Chemistry, University of Jember, Brawijaya University and Universitas Negeri Malang. In 2021, Department of Chemistry, FMIPA UNEJ hosted with the theme “Innovation on Material Science for Sustainable Industrial Chemistry“. The 3rd IC2MS 2021 topics are Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry. At the Opening Ceremony, Dr. A.A.I.
